28. Pregnancy Puffy” Face
Usually during the third trimester, most women wake up each morning with a swollen face. This is due to increased blood circulation, and is often not harmful. There are however, some causes of that need to be taken very seriously. A swollen face, along with swollen hands, ankles and feet, is typical of edema.
What to do: If you think you are swelling up from edema – go see your doctor.

29. Puffy Swollen Ankles and Feet
The body produces and retains more fluid during pregnancy. Your growing uterus puts pressure on your veins, which impairs return of blood to your heart. In turn, this leads to swelling in the legs, ankles and feet.
What to do: Avoid standing or sitting with your feet on the floor for long periods, do not cross legs, do mild exercise when you can. Wear loose cloth. Sleep on the side. Do cold compressions on swollen areas.

Some pregnant women have spider veins on the face, neck, upper chest or arms. These small, red spots have lines branching out from them. Spider veins are tiny blood vessels that appear because of increased blood circulation. Hormonal changes may cause them too.

37. Enlarged Uterus

39. Vaginal Discharge Changes
